  • Autel Maxisys Elite II 1-Year Update Service

    The orginal Maxisys Elite II diagnostic scanner include 1 Year FREE software updates and 1 Year warranty. After the initial year expires, you may purchase an additional 1-Year Update Service to upgrade your tool to latest software version to cover lates vehicle coverage and functions.

    The purpose of the Total Care Plan (TCP) subscription is to extend the software coverage of the scanner Elite II with an additional 12 months of service and unlimited access to each vehicle system for diagnostic services. After the end of the first year subscription, your scanner will be limited in many places, and purchasing additional subscriptions is the best option.

    Note: This service is only applicable to devices purchased through online sales channels.

We offer free standard shipping via Fedex, Australia Post, DHL on most orders within Australia (excluding remote regions).     Where is my order shipped from?

    Orders are fulfilled through our domestic logistics partner based in Sydney, BC, to ensure fast local delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock locally, it will be fulfilled via our international logistics network (e.g., from our Hong Kong hub).

    Order Processing Time

    Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases such as high order volume or stock delays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

    Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

    Shipping Address Change

    If you would like to change the shipping address, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the address.

    International Shipping Duties & Taxes

    If your order is shipped from outside Australia due to stock availability, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by Australia Customs. We recommend contacting us at sales@obdprice.com for products inventory and estimated fees before ordering.

    Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

    • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
